Notice is hereby given that the Baldwin County Commission will conduct a public hearing concerning a request submitted by Dewberry Engineers Inc, on behalf of Tania Lazzari, Langdon Conaway, Joe Lazzari, Robin Bolar and GCOF The Reserve at Daphne LLC, owners of property located north of The Reserve at Daphne Phase 1, south of Plantation Hills and east of Co Rd 54 in Planning District 7, 15 and 28.
 
The applicant is requesting site plan approval for a 612 -unit, 470 ± acre Planned Residential Development to be known as The Reserve at Daphne. The Parcel Identification Numbers are 05-43-01-12-0-000-001.000 and 05-43-06-13-0-000-002.000 and 05-43-06-13-0-000-002.001 and 05-43-06-13-0-000-002.005 and 05-43-06-13-0-000-002.010 and 05-43-06-13-0-000-006.000, 05-43-06-13-0-000-012.000 and 05-43-01-12-0-000-023.000 and 05-43-01-12-0-000-024.003

The public hearing will be conducted during the next regular meeting of the Baldwin County Commission which is scheduled for Tuesday, June 19, 2018, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Baldwin County Administration Building, 322 Courthouse Square in Bay Minette, AL.
 
The said application will be considered by the Baldwin County Commission pursuant to Alabama Code 45-2-261. The application materials are available for public review at the office of the Baldwin County Planning & Zoning Department, 22070 Hwy 59 in Robertsdale, AL, or at the Foley Satellite Courthouse, 201 East Section Avenue in Foley, Alabama during normal business hours.
