The Probate Judge in Baldwin County is a publicly elected representative of the people for the administration of the Probate Court, License Office and the “Recorder’s” Office – for official public recording of documents.

Our office strives to offer the best service possible with the most modern technology available. We also have three (4) locations to better serve you!
Bay Minette,  Fairhope, Foley, and Robertsdale. 
Please note: Marriage Certificates are only recorded in the Bay Minette Location.
