How to Schedule a Ride
Scheduling Hours:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday
See Holiday and Special Training Closings.
Call no more than 48 hours in advance and no less than 24 hours for your transit needs.  Same Day Service has limited availability.

Dial-A-Ride:
BRATS Demand / Response program is named Dial-A-Ride. It means simply, that if you need a ride, pick up the phone and call us Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

How to Schedule a Ride:
1. Call the Baldwin County Citizen Service Center

2. Ask for a BRATS SCHEDULER
3. Be prepared to tell the SCHEDULER:
  • Your name
  • Your telephone number
  • Your physical address
  • Your appointment time
  • Your destination physical address
  • All additional stops
  • If you have a bike that will need transport (Not all vehicles are Rack Equipped)
  • Number of passengers that will accompany you
  • If you need special assistance, if you use a mobility device or will need lift equipment to board (Not all vehicles are Lift Equipped)

If You Must Cancel Your Trip, Please call one (1) hour in advance of pick up time.
There is no charge for cancelling a trip, however; no shows may result in suspended service.
