Assistant Personnel Director

The Assistant Personnel Director assists in the day-to-day operations of the Personnel Department. Assistant Personnel Director assists in the administration of the personnel policies, procedures, and programs. Assistant Personnel Director also carries out the responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development and employment. Assistant Personnel Director coordinates implementation of services, policies and programs through the Personnel staff; reports to the Personnel Director, and assists and advises County managers about Personnel issues.
