BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, – Planning and Zoning District Elections will be held on February 15, 2022, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for citizen-proposed planning districts 8, 36 and 37 in Baldwin County.

Registered voters in proposed planning districts 8, 36 and 37 may vote on whether to approve or deny proposed planning and zoning jurisdictions in Baldwin County. This process is part of the local state Act. No. 91-719 of the Legislature of Alabama.

To vote in the Planning and Zoning Elections there are two requirements:

1. The voter must be a registered voter.
2. The voter must reside within the boundaries of the proposed Planning Districts 8, 36, or 37.
