BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, – The Baldwin County Revenue Commissioner’s Office will begin a software transition on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. While the Revenue Commissioner’s Office staff is hopeful for a smooth transition, they would like to prepare the public for potential delays in service.
“It will take a few weeks for our staff to have a consistent comfort level with the new program, and property owners may experience slight delays during this time,” said Teddy J. Faust Jr., Revenue Commissioner of Baldwin County.
The Revenue Commission staff is asking for patience from the public as the software transition takes place and any anomalies are worked through.
For any questions or concerns regarding the new software, please contact the Revenue Commissioner’s Office via telephone at 251.937.0245, or email at RevenueCommissioner@baldwincountyal.gov.
