A special meeting of the Baldwin County Planning Commission has been called to conduct a public hearing regarding the draft guide – A Citizen’s Guide to Growth which will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. in the Baldwin County Central Annex Auditorium located at 22251 Palmer Street, Robertsdale, AL 36537.

Earlier this year, the US Census Bureau published a list of new urban areas generated from the 2020 census. The original Future Land Use Map (FLUM) utilized the 2010 urban areas as one of numerous inputs for the development potential composite map, and ultimately FLUM. The new 2020 urban areas have now been incorporated into the FLUM and are available for viewing as follows:
