The Baldwin County Commission and the City of Fairhope proudly announce the opening of the Eastern Shore’s newest roundabout located at the intersection of County Road 13 and Twin Beech Road. Developed through partnerships between the Baldwin County Commission, the City of Fairhope, the Eastern Shore MPO, and the Alabama Department of Transportation, the newly completed roundabout is designed to meet the growing transportation needs of our residents and visitors.

Vehicles of all sizes as well as pedestrians can now safely and efficiently traverse this busy intersection while reducing both their travel times and emissions. The $2.4M project was completed through funding provided by the Baldwin County Commission, the City of Fairhope, the ESMPO, and ALDOT grants.
