PH & J Architects, Inc., Presented Updates and Designs at the December 19th Baldwin County Commission Meeting

PH & J Architects, Inc., presented updates and designs on several projects they’ve been diligently working on with the Baldwin County Commission at the December 19th Regular Meeting.
The projects include:
- Design for renovations to the Baldwin County Courthouse in Bay Minette for the court system to accommodate two new judges in 2025 with the Estimated Cost of Construction being $6.5 million.
- Design for the new Sally Port at the Baldwin County Courthouse in Bay Minette with the Estimated Cost of Construction being $2.8 million – Funding will come from American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds.
- Design for a new Outdoor Atrium at the Baldwin County Courthouse in Bay Minette with the Estimated Cost of Construction being $2.3 million – Funding will come from American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds.
