The Baldwin County Building Department office located inside the Fairhope Satellite Courthouse at 1100 Fairhope Avenue, Fairhope, Alabama 36532 will be temporarily closed for approximately six to eight weeks for relocation and renovations beginning on Monday, May 29, 2023.

Please use the online permit system at CitizenServe Portal at www.BalwinCountyAl.gov/CSP,  or visit one of the other three Baldwin County Building Department office locations during this time.
