• Login to the CitizenServe Portal at www.BaldwinCountyAL.gov/CSP.
• Select “View My Requests”.
• From the drop-down list, select “View My Bldg Dept”.
• If the permit is not immediately visible, select the “All” tab and change the date range filter to “All”.
• Select the permit number.
• To contact staff or upload documents, select “Leave Message” or “Upload Documents”.
• Enter the message or attach the files, then select “Submit”.

📩 Messages and uploaded documents submitted through the portal are automatically assigned to the staff member responsible for the permit file.
