If you have submitted a permit application or have an active permit, you may contact staff or upload documents through the CitizenServe Portal:

• Login to the CitizenServe Portal at www.BaldwinCountyAL.gov/CSP.
• Select “View My Requests”.
  
• From the drop-down list, choose “View My Bldg Dept”.
  
• If the permit is not immediately visible in the list, select the "All" tab and change the drop-down date range filter to "All".
• Click the permit number.
• To contact staff or upload files, click "Leave Message" or "Upload Documents".
• Type your message or attach the files, then click "Submit".
  

Messages sent and documents uploaded through the portal are automatically assigned to the staff member responsible for the permit file.
