The Baldwin County Commission and the City of Daphne have entered into a cooperative agreement to address the transportation needs of our community with the extension of Milton Jones Road to Pollard Road. In keeping with Baldwin County’s adopted Strategic Plan, this extension will provide an additional east-west corridor to help reduce traffic congestion and improve the commuting experience of our residents.

The City of Daphne will contribute $500,000 in conjunction with $2.8 million from Baldwin County.

The anticipated timeline for this extension project is approximately 30 months and is expected to begin in 2024.
