There are no fees required for Residential Driveway Permits. 
Note: Commercial Turnout Permits are processed through the Planning and Zoning Department.

*Please note the following updates to the Building Department Fee Schedule effective 10/1/2024:

• Trade permit fees were decreased from 2% to 1.5% of job valuation.
• Trade permit fees for fire protection sprinklers have a maximum fee of $125.00 for residential projects and $250.00 for non-residential projects.
