Upcoming Public Meetings:
Baldwin County hosted a training session on March 24, 2026, for lenders, realtors, and title professionals to provide an overview of the upcoming Homeowner Assistance Program (HAP) funded through the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program.
The training explains program eligibility, application steps, and how industry partners can assist prospective homebuyers who may qualify for assistance through the lending process.

Baldwin County hosted a Public Meeting on May 18, 2026, with County residents and other Program stakeholders. The purpose of the public meeting was to provide information to prospective program participants regarding the CDBG-DR HAP, including program eligibility requirements, application procedures, and program guidelines.
