Permits for residential driveways/turnouts - for single family residences on one property/parcel of land - are processed by the Baldwin County Highway Department. Permits for driveways/turnouts associated with commercial, industrial, residential multi-unit developments, or properties sharing a driveway are processed by the Baldwin County Planning and Zoning Department.
