ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

A $15.00 Data Processing Fee and a $10.00 Issuance Fee will apply to each of the following applications based on the effective dates listed below:

Effective 01/17/2026:
• Flood Land Disturbance (FLD)
• Residential Site Plan Approval or Land Disturbance (RSP)
• Zoning - Zoned Land Disturbance (ZLD)
• Zoning - Zoning Site Plan Approval (ZSP)

Effective 03/21/2026:
• Zoning - Variance (ZVA)

Effective 05/23/2026:
• Appeal of Administrative Decision (AAD)
• Billboard Application (BB)
• Zoning - Rezoning (Z)

 Effective 10/01/2026:
• Driveway Permit - Commercial (DPC)
• Driveway Permit - Major Residential (DPM)
• Zoning - Commercial Site Plan Approval (CSP)
• Zoning - Planned Industrial Development (PID)
• Zoning - Planned Residential Development (PRD)

Commission Site Plan Approval$250 plus $25 per 1000 square feet
Commercial Site Plan Approval$25 per 1000 square feet

Planned Unit Development (PUD)$500 for 20 acres or less, plus $15 for every acre over 20
