Fee Schedule

 

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

  • A data processing fee of $15.00 will apply to each application.
  • An issuance fee of $10.00 will apply to each application.
  • Effective 01/17/2026, these fees apply to Flood Land Disturbance (FLD) applications, Zoned Land Disturbance (ZLD) applications, and Zoning Site Plan (ZSP) applications.
  • Effective 03/21/2026, these fees apply to Zoning Variance (ZVA) applications.
  • Effective 05/23/2026, these fees apply to Appeal of Administrative Decision (AAD) applications, Billboard (BB) applications, and ReZoning (Z) applications.
