Baldwin County's Governmental & Educational Access Channel

"A Government of the people, for the people and by the people conducts its business in front of the people"

Continuing the Baldwin County Commission’s commitment of remaining one of the most open governments in Alabama, the Baldwin County Commission requires all cable and video television operators, in its jurisdictional limits, to dedicate one channel to rebroadcast Baldwin County Commission meetings, various other county public forums and county documentaries to the public seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.

The Baldwin County Commissioners require applicable cable and video television operators to provide you with access to the Baldwin County Governmental & Educational Access Channel in an effort to keep the public informed of the business of your county government.

Regular Meetings of the Baldwin County Commission (held the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 8:30 a.m. in the County Commission Chambers at the Baldwin County Administration Building in Bay Minette, Alabama), and many county public forums and county documentaries are produced as a public service by the Baldwin County Commission and rebroadcast with the assistance of your local cable and video television operator.

At this time, the Baldwin County Governmental & Educational Access Channel can be viewed on cable or video channels provided by:

AT&T U-verse (channel 99)
Bright House Networks (channel 97)
Cable Options, Inc. (channel 68)
Mediacom (channel 86)
Riviera Utilities (channel 16)
