Safety Coordinator

The Safety Coordinator is primarily responsible for the safety and training for Baldwin County Commission by assisting in developing and implementing standardized safety and training programs. Safety Coordinator anticipates, identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices, assists in measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of the overall safety and training program for the County, assists in outlining and implementing training programs to control safety procedures and accident protection and prevention and assists in the management of Workers’ Compensation cases and return to work programs.
