Medical Procedure

The Baldwin County Regional Juvenile Detention Center provides quality medical care to all the residents in the facility.

• Most medical treatment is done on site through our contracted medical provider.
• The contracted company provides a nurse daily for sick calls and pill checks.
• A medical doctor and psychiatrist are provided in an as needed capacity.
• A facility therapist provides both private counseling opportunities and groups for all residents in the facility.
• If your child becomes ill and must be sent to the hospital for emergency care, you will be notified immediately.
