CIS personnel provide County-wide communications and information services to all County Departments and Offices, as well as other affiliated agencies. Support personnel develop and evaluate criteria for most of the purchases of data, voice, video products, equipment, and services. Other responsibilities include:  installation, maintenance, programming, analysis and design, project management, operations support, and training for most of the software and equipment through-out the County organization. CIS personnel are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our mission is to provide communications and information services to County Departments as well as multiple other Government Agencies in Baldwin County so they can achieve their business objectives and meet the needs and the expectations of the citizens.
