Service Center Mission Statement:
Our Service Center works with all county offices and affiliated agencies to support the mission of the
Baldwin County Commission, which is to provide customer-focused services to people who live, work
and visit Baldwin County so they can enjoy a safe and thriving community and experience our unique
heritage and natural resources.
Our Goals:
To serve as a “One Stop Shop” for Baldwin County government services and
information.
To help our departments improve service delivery by allowing them to focus on their core missions.
To provide accurate, consistent measurements of service delivery countywide
