A public hearing has been set for the Baldwin County Commission on February 7, 2017, at 9:00 AM to consider  Resolution #2017-048  - Agreement Between the Baldwin County Commission, the City of Bay Minette and the Planning Commission of the City of Bay Minette Concerning the Exercise of Extraterritorial Planning Jurisdiction Authority Over Subdivisions.

 

The Public Hearing will take place during the February 7, 2017, Baldwin County Commission meeting, in the Baldwin County Administration Building Commission Chambers, located at 322 Courthouse Square, Bay Minette, Alabama.
