Notice is hereby given that the Baldwin County Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday June 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Baldwin County Administration Building, 322 Courthouse Square in Bay Minette, AL.

 

The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the proposed zoning map and text amendments for Planning District 19.

 

Copies of the proposed zoning map and text amendments are available for public review during normal business hours at the Baldwin County Planning & Zoning Department, 22251 Palmer Street Robertsdale, AL, or at the Foley Satellite Courthouse, 201 East Section Street in Foley, Alabama.

 

Anyone wishing to address the Commission should attend this public hearing.  If you would like to submit written comments, please mail them to: Baldwin County Planning & Zoning Department, 22251 Palmer Street Robertsdale, AL 36567 or by email at planning@baldwincountyal.gov. Comments should include a physical address of the subject property, and Tax Parcel Identification Number.
