The Baldwin County Commission will conduct a public hearing on May 17, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. at Baldwin County Fairhope Satellite Courthouse, County Commission Meeting Chambers - 2nd Floor, 1100 Fairhope Avenue, Fairhope, Alabama 36532 to consider the following:

 

Approve/authorize the provisions of Resolution #2011-085 of the Baldwin County Commission to be binding to Eatel Video, LLC d/b/a REV pursuant to Eatel Video, LLC d/b/a REV executing an instrument entitled “Acceptance of Terms of Resolution #2011-085 Adopted by the Baldwin County Commission Authorizing Eatel Video, LLC d/b/a REV to Provide Cable Television Services to Residents of Unincorporated Baldwin County.”

 

This Agreement shall be for ten (10) years commencing upon its effective date on May 17, 2022, as last executed among the parties, and expiring on May 16, 2032, unless terminated in another manner as prescribed by said Agreement.
