NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF A PROJECT PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT Tax Increment Financing District 1.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County Commission of Baldwin County, Alabama, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 16th, 2024, at 10:00 A.M., in the County Commission Chambers on the 2nd Floor of the Baldwin County Fairhope Satellite Courthouse, located at 1100 Fairhope Avenue, Fairhope, Alabama, relating to the proposed adoption of a project plan for Tax Increment Financing District 1, all pursuant to and in accordance with Alabama Code, § 11-99-1, et seq., inclusive, as amended.
 
All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their view orally or in writing.
