 1. If the will is 5 pages or less
     No minors or incompetents
     All heirs at law have consented
2. If the will is over 5 pages, add $3.00 for every page over the 5 pages
     (example: Will is 9 pages--$58.00 plus 4 pages times $3.00 = $70.00)

If the will does not exempt the Personal Representative from filing an inventory, one must be filed within two (2) months of their appointment.

Must set a hearing when:
 1. Minors or incompetents involved
 2. Do not have all the consents from the heirs at law
