The license department operates from the Baldwin County Probate Office in Bay Minette, with satellite offices located in Fairhope, Foley, and Robertsdale. All locations provide the following, except for Marriage Licenses, which are issued in Bay Minette only:

• Seafood License
• Manufactured Home Registration
• Marriage Certificate (Bay Minette Office Only)
