The Probate Licensing Division is scheduling appointments for some services.

The license department operates from the Baldwin County Probate Office in Bay Minette, with satellite offices located in Fairhope, Foley, and Robertsdale. All locations provide the following, except for Marriage Certificates, which are issued in Bay Minette only.
**Note - If your transaction includes a dealership or other party sending paperwork directly to the Probate Office, you must go to that location to complete your transaction unless you make arrangements ahead of time to have it transferred to another location.  

In office payment options: Cash, Alabama addressed checks or money orders, Credit/Debit cards (with the exception of American Express & transactions are subject to a convenience fee)
