The Baldwin County Commission will conduct a public hearing on July 19, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. at Baldwin County Fairhope Satellite Courthouse, County Commission Meeting Chambers - 2nd Floor, 1100 Fairhope Avenue, Fairhope, Alabama 36532 to consider the following:

 

Approve/authorize the provisions of Resolution #2011-085 of the Baldwin County Commission to be binding to Comcast of Alabama, LLC pursuant to Comcast of Alabama, LLC executing an instrument entitled “Franchise Agreement between Baldwin County, Alabama and Comcast of Alabama, LLC” for Comcast of Alabama, LLC to provide cable television services to residents of unincorporated Baldwin County.

 

This Agreement shall be for ten (10) years commencing upon its effective date on July 19, 2022, as last executed among the parties, and expiring on July 18, 2032, unless terminated in another manner as prescribed by said Agreement.
