 Consideration of Petition to Establish an Industrial Park

Notice is hereby given that the Baldwin County Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition to establish an industrial park pursuant to Alabama Code Section 11-23-1 through 11-23-8.

Everwood Preserving, Inc., has filed a petition with the Baldwin County Commission requesting that the Commission designate 99.9 acres located at and contiguous to 11349 U.S. Highway 31, Spanish Fort, Alabama, 36527, wholly outside the corporate boundaries of any municipality, as an industrial park. A public hearing on the petition will be conducted during the regular meeting of the Baldwin County Commission, which is scheduled for Tuesday, January 2, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Baldwin County Commission Administration Building, County Commission Meeting Chambers, 322 Courthouse Square, Bay Minette, AL 36507.

A map (or maps) of the proposed industrial park is available for public inspection at the nearest county courthouse or nearest county courthouse satellite office during normal business hours.
