Please note: Notary applications can be dropped off at a satellite Probate Recording office (Foley, Fairhope, or Robertsdale) to be couriered up to the Bay Minette location. Recording clerks cannot answer questions relating to the notary application. Applications must be in a sealed envelope when dropped off.
