BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, October 24, 2025 - Portions of Browns Landing Road, between Hunting Club Road and Three Rivers Road, will be impassable to through traffic from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM each day beginning Wednesday, October 29, 2025, until Thursday, October 30, 2025, for cross drain replacements.
Please note that weather delays may affect projected impasse dates.
Motorists are encouraged to use the suggested detour. (See attached map.)
Browns Landing Road will be passable during the evening and early morning hours.
BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, October 24, 2025 - A portion of Sherman Road, between Bay Road East and County Road 12 S, will continue to be impassable to through traffic until 5:00 PM on Friday, December 19, 2025, for bridge replacement.

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, September 29, 2025 - A portion of South Section Street, between Pecan Avenue and Twin Beech Road, will be impassable to through traffic beginning at 8:00 AM on Monday, October 6, 2025, until 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 6, 2025, while Fairhope Utilities performs upgrades to the sewer system. The contractor of record will maintain access for property owners adjacent to the project.

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, September 8, 2025 - The intersection at County Road 26 (W. Michigan Avenue) and Hickory Street, will undergo three (3) phases of intersection improvements beginning Monday, September 15, 2025, through Spring of 2026. During phase 1, a portion of County Road 26 (W. Michigan Avenue) at Hickory Street will be impassable to through traffic beginning at 8:00 AM on Monday, September 15, 2025, until 5:00 PM on Friday, January 2, 2026.

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, JANUARY 9, 2015 - The Town of Loxley has announced that the Styx River Bridge on Truck Route 17 will be closed due to safety concerns as of January 9, 2015. (See attached map.)
