BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, November 20, 2024 - A portion of East View Loop off County Road 65, will be impassable to through traffic beginning at 7:30 AM until 3:00 PM on Thursday, November 21, 2024, while Riviera Utilities performs emergency repairs to a damaged water main.

Please note that weather delays may affect projected impasse dates.

Motorists are encouraged to use the suggested detour. (See attached map.)

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, November 15, 2024 - A portion of NW 1st Street, between County Road 36 a.k.a Greenwood Road and Broadway Avenue, will continue to be impassable to through traffic until 5:00 PM on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, to upgrade the existing box culvert. Expanding the box culvert will increase capacity and help prevent the overtopping of roadways during storm events.

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, November 4, 2024 - A portion of County Road 24 a.k.a Underwood Road, between County Road 65 and George Younce Road, will be impassable to through traffic beginning at 8:00 AM on Monday, November 11, 2024, through 5:00 PM on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, to upgrade an existing box culvert. Expanding the box culvert will increase capacity and help prevent the overtopping of roadway during storm events.

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, November 1, 2024 - A portion of County Road 87, between Seed Orchard Road and Allen Road, will be impassable to through traffic beginning at 8:00 AM on Monday, November 11, 2024, through 5:00 PM on Friday, November 22, 2024, to replace the existing concrete culvert. The crossdrain replacement will increase capacity by adding an additional culvert pipe to help prevent overtopping of roadway during storm events.

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, September 20, 2024 - In an abundance of caution a portion of Greeno Road, from the intersection of U.S. Highway 98 south 1/2 mile, will now be impassable to all through traffic until 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, for drainage improvements.

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, September 16, 2024 - A portion of County Road 83, between Woerner Road and Kleinschmidt Road, will be impassable to through traffic beginning at 8:00 AM on Monday, September 23, 2024, through 5:00 PM on Friday, January 3, 2025, for drainage improvements.

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, August 26, 2024 - A portion of County Road 65, between County Road 16 and County Road 10, will be impassable to through traffic beginning at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, through 5:00 PM on  Friday, January 3, 2025, for drainage improvements.

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, August 23, 2024 - A portion of Sherman Road, between Bay Road East and County Road 12 S, will be impassable to through traffic beginning at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, through 5:00 PM on Friday, May 30, 2025, for bridge replacement.

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, OCTOBER 2, 2015 - Roans Creek Bridge on Truck Route 17 is impassable. (See attached map.) 

BALDWIN COUNTY, AL, JANUARY 9, 2015 - The Town of Loxley has announced that the Styx River Bridge on Truck Route 17 will be closed due to safety concerns as of January 9, 2015. (See attached map.)
