The Baldwin County Commission approved amendments to the Baldwin County Subdivision Regulations after a public hearing was held during its regular Baldwin County Commission Meeting on October 6, 2020.

The current Baldwin County Subdivision Regulations took effect October 6, 2020.

Do you need the Permit Division?

Important Note: Any applications submitted that are incomplete (checklist not completed, missing required documentation, etc.) may be subject to the application being considered deficient and will not be processed until the required documentation has been submitted.  Additionally, a pre-application meeting or sketch plan review will be required for all cases to be considered for the agenda for the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.  All applicants will need to follow the subdivision regulations for application and sketch plan review and submittal.
