Chief Clerk of Collections - Joseph "Joe" Davis 
Joe worked in the real estate title industry for 30 years before joining the Baldwin County Revenue Commission in 2022. His background includes extensive real property experience and helping property owners in the areas of collections, assessments, and mapping. Joe graduated with a B.A. Degree from The University of Alabama and has been a resident of Baldwin County since 1973.

Mrs. Walz began her career with the Baldwin County Revenue Commission in 2005, working as an assessment clerk.  Mrs. Walz resides in Baldwin County, is married and has 2 children.

Administrator of Collections - Karen Jones - Email Collections Division
Mrs. Jones worked in the banking industry for 10 years before beginning her career with the Baldwin County Revenue Commissioners office in 1997. Mrs. Jones served as bookkeeper until she was promoted to department administrator in 2004. Mrs. Jones resides in Baldwin County and has 2 children.

Chief Appraiser - Walt Lindsey - Email Appraisal Division
Mr. Lindsey began his work with the Baldwin County Revenue Commission in 2008. He is State Certified, served as a fee appraiser in Baldwin County from 1983-2008 when he was hired to his current position as Chief Appraiser. Mr. Lindsey resides in Baldwin County; is married with 2 children and 6 grandchildren.

Administrator of Personal Property - Matthew Boyington Email Personal Property Division

Mr. Boyington began his career with the Baldwin County Revenue Commission in 2015 as a Real Property Appraiser. He transferred to Personal Property in 2023. Mr. Boyington resides in Baldwin County.

Mrs. Godwin began her career, in the Mapping Department with the Baldwin County Revenue Commission office, in 1991.  She is a State Certified Mapper.  Mrs. Godwin resides in Baldwin County, is married, and has 2 children.
