- Joseph "Joe" Davis
Joe worked in the real estate title industry for 30 years before joining the Baldwin County Revenue Commission in 2022. His background includes extensive real property experience and helping property owners in the areas of collections, assessments, and mapping. Joe graduated with a B.A. Degree from The University of Alabama and has been a resident of Baldwin County since 1973.

He is State Certified, served as a fee appraiser in Baldwin County from 1983-2008 when he was hired to his current position as Chief Appraiser.
