The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency “ALEA” Public Safety Division processes all first-time issuance of Alabama Driver’s License, Boating Licenses, CDL’s, Foreign National Driver License, Non-Driver/State ID Cards, Motorcycle License, Out-of-State Transfers, Permit test, STAR ID’s and any changes to endorsements or restrictions to Alabama Driver Licenses.
