    The Baldwin County Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, beginning at 8:30 a.m., at the Baldwin County Administration Building, Commission Chambers, 322 Courthouse Square, Bay Minette, Alabama.
    The purpose of this hearing is in accordance with the Section 41-9-166 of the Code of Alabama 1975, Section 11-19-1, et seq., of the Code of Alabama 1975, Section 34-14A-12 of the Code of Alabama 1975, and other applicable laws, is to receive input on the proposed adoption of the 2018 International Building Code series and the Baldwin County Supplemental Code for Residential Structures.   The proposed codes are as follows:

    International Building Code, 2018  International Gas Code, 2018
    International Mechanical Code, 2018  International Plumbing Code, 2018
    International Residential Code, 2018  International Energy Conservation Code, 2018
    Baldwin County Supplemental Code for Residential Structures in addition to the IRC, 2018.
    National Electric Code, 2017, for Commercial Buildings and Residential Buildings containing more than two (2) dwelling units

    On Tuesday, May 21, 2019, the Baldwin County Commission, in regular meeting assembled, will consider the proposed codes and supplemental codes set forth above beginning at 8:30 a.m., in the Baldwin County Administration Building, Commission Chambers, located at 322 Courthouse Square, Bay Minette, Alabama.
