More particularly described as follows:

    LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF UNOPENED 30’ RIGHT OF WAY OFF CATER LEE WAY PROPOSED TO BE VACATED
     
    Commencing from a 3/4'” crimp top iron at the purported southwest corner of Section 19, Township 7 South,  Range 4 East, Baldwin County, Alabama; thence run north 89° 47’ 49” east a distance of 1339.70 feet to a point; thence run north 00° 06’ 42”west a distance of 20.00 feet to a point; thence run north 89° 47’ 10” east a distance of 651.05 feet to a point; thence run north 89° 45’ 54” east a distance of 673.93 feet to a point on the north right-of-way of Cater Lee Way and the Point of Beginning; thence run north 01° 03’ 00” east a distance of 1311.71 feet to a point; thence run north 89° 48’ 18” east a distance of 30.01 feet to a point; thence run south 01° 03’ 00” west a distance of 1311.70 feet to a point on said north right-of-way; thence run south 89° 47’ 15” west along said north right-of-way a distance of 30.01 feet to the point of beginning.

    LAYMAN’S DESCRIPTION OF UNOPENED 30’ RIGHT OF WAY OFF CATER LEE WAY PROPOSED TO BE VACATED
     
    That portion of a 30 foot right of way running north and south on the half section line as recorded in Deed Book 22 at page 314, beginning on the north right of way line of Cater Lee Way at the half section line, thence run north a distance of 1311 feet, more or less, to the north line of the south half of the south half of Section 19, Township 7 South, Range 4 East.

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 23-4-2 of the Code of Alabama (1975), as amended, that the Baldwin County Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 20th, 2016 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Baldwin County Administration Building, Commission Chambers, 322 Courthouse Square in Bay Minette, Alabama to consider vacating portion of Bay View Drive (40’ Right-of-Way) as set out in Hoover Subdivision as recorded on Map Book 3, page 41, aka Slide 120-A of the Probate Records of Baldwin County, Alabama. More particularly described as follows:

    LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PORTION OF BAY VIEW DRIVE RIGHT-OF-WAY PROPOSED TO BE VACATED

    Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1 Hoover Subdivision as recorded in Map Book 3, page 41, aka Slide 120-A, Probate Office of Baldwin County, Alabama, and lying in Section 22, Township 9 South, Range 2 East, thence run easterly along the south lot line a distance of 76 feet, more or less, to the southeast corner of said lot;  thence run southerly a distance of 40 feet, more or less, to a point on the northeast corner of Lot 36 of said subdivision; thence run southwesterly a distance of 76 feet, more or less, to a point; thence run northerly 40 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
