    NOTICE is hereby given that the Baldwin County Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission Chambers, 322 Courthouse Square, Administration Building, Bay Minette, Alabama.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider proposed changes related to the Solid Waste Department’s policies and regulations.  

    The Solid Waste Collection program operates as a service of the Baldwin County Commission per Resolution #96-21, which was adopted on February 20, 1996.  As the solid waste industry has evolved, opportunities for program advancement and service challenges necessitate updating the policies and procedures for the residential garbage collection program in Baldwin County. 
     
    The Baldwin County Commission encourages all interested citizens to review the proposed changes and attend the Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at 9:00 a.m.
